Walleye Trips
Come aboard from May 19th to July 29th.
We'll be departing from our place
on the canal in Augres.
Please bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a jacket or clothing that is appropriate for the weather at that time of year.
You'll want to bring a cooler for your fillets and a small cooler for your snack and drinks. No glass bottles though please if it can be avoided.

We'll be departing from our place
on the canal in Augres.
If you are booking a six person trip, we highly recommend an eight hour trip! This will help maximize rod time for each angler and if the fish are cooperative there are plenty to go around. on the other hand, if they are on a tough bite, it gives us more time to locate ones that are more wiling to play. Either way, the trip can be tailored to meet your needs on the fly. Remember, we only run one trip each day and your crew gets all of our attention and efforts for the day!

Lake Erie

7:30 am - 1:30 pm
Come aboard from March 26th to March 31st.
We'll be departing from the Bolles Harbor Boat Launch.
Please bring warm clothing and rain gear if necessary and appropriate for the cold and sometimes wet weather at this time of year.
You'll want to bring a cooler for your fillets and a small cooler for your snack and drinks. No glass bottles though please if it can be avoided.

These Lake Erie tanks are some
of the biggest fish of the season!
As these fish migrate to the west end of Lake Erie they put on the feed bag after a long winter. The big females stage first waiting for the water temps to rise and the amount of day light to become right for them to enter the river to spawn.
Get em' while the bite is on!

This starts at 6:30 am...
We'll be slipped at Wyandotte Marina!
I'll clean your fish and you can head to one of two local restaurants within a few blocks that offer their famous Catch & Cook using a few of your fresh fillets and their creamy coleslaw, seasoned fries or onion rings!!!
A "Must-do" to recap an awesome day with storytelling and just maybe a couple of
"fish-tales" mixed in!

This starts at 2:30 pm...
You may want to arrive an hour early to eat at the local restaurants near the river. Great food and service is what they are known for.
What to bring...a cooler and ice for your fillets, your fishing license for those over 17, and a Canadian license. It helps to be able to fish the Windsor side from time to time...please bring cold weather and rain gear if necessary, it can be cold as the evening sets in.

Morning Salmon Fishing Trips
August 1 - Sept 7
A three-five week frenzy starts up the spawning migration with our King Salmon!
Depending on the bite we will fish from Ludington or Manistee harbors. Both are beautiful and friendly Lake Michigan waterfront towns that you'll surely want to explore before or after your trip aboard!
The mighty Kings will be staging and feeding before they make the run up our Pere Marquette or Big & Little Manistee Rivers!
From August 1st to September 7th, our job will be to get you hooked up with a big king, test your arm strength, and then to win the battle to the net!

Evening Salmon Fishing Trips
August 1 - Sept 7
Evening trips are always interesting because the bite starts a little slower and gets better as the evening goes on.
We can always tailor your trip to run early to hit a bite offshore and then make our way back to the later evening bite right outside the pier heads. This bite can be crazy looking for that hungry pod and then wham, drags ripping and the rods bouncing with 1, 2 or sometimes even 3 fish on at once. This makes for some exciting and close combat fishing!
It never gets old half way through the fight of a good king salmon when the person on the rod says "my arms hurt!"
